“Dom Pérignon is often synonymous with champagne,” notes Richard Geoffroy, Chef de Cave of legendary Champagne house Dom Pérignon. He describes Dom Pérignon as possessing “a duality of youth and maturity, complexity and balance, rigor and seduction. As soon as you see one side, the other appears again.” This dinner will highlight Dom Pérignon at some of its most pure and dazzling heights. Richard Geoffroy will present some of Dom Pérignon's greatest vintages, including the ultra-rare 1973, at London hotspot 108 Garage, where Chef  Chris Denney's daring, impeccably balanced cuisine will pair beautifully with Dom Pérignon’s timeless elegance and energy.

The culmination of La Fête du Champagne, the Gala Dinner will be at The Savoy, one of London’s preeminent venues. Three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement of l'Assiette Champenoise in Reims will  collaborate with chefs James Knappett of Kitchen Table, Jonny Lake of The Fat Duck, and Isaac McHale of The Clove Club in preparing a luxurious, Champagne-friendly, multi-course menu. In addition to enjoying the special bottles provided by all attending producers, guests are invited to bring bottles of Champagne from their own cellars to share throughout the room. This is sure to be a Champagne-soaked celebration with some of the region’s finest winemakers.
