The culmination of La Fête du Champagne, the Gala Dinner celebrates the region like no other event. Host Chef Paul Kahan of Avec will collaborate with Chefs Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde,  Carrie Nahabedian of Brindille, and Lee Wolen of Boka to create a uniquely luxurious, Champagne-friendly, multi-course menu. In addition to enjoying great bottles provided by all attending producers, guests are invited to bring bottles of Champagne from their own cellars to share throughout the room, with wine service conducted by an all-star team of sommeliers. This is sure to be a Champagne-soaked celebration with the region’s finest wines.
