The culmination of La Fête du Champagne, the Gala Dinner celebrates the region like no other event. The evening will begin with a reception featuring Chablis from Domaine William Fèvre. Host Chefs Paul Kahan & Dylan Patel of Avec will collaborate with Chefs John Manion of Brasero and Nicolas Poilevey of Obélix to create a uniquely luxurious, Champagne-friendly, multi-course menu. In addition to enjoying great bottles provided by all attending producers, guests are invited to bring bottles of Champagne from their own cellars to share throughout the room, with wine service conducted by an all-star team of sommeliers. This is sure to be a Champagne-soaked celebration with the region’s finest wines.
