Rare Champagne boasts a noble origin dating back to 1785, when Queen Marie Antoinette tasted the first bubbles of what would become Rare Champagne two centuries after. With limited production and an unapologetically exclusive spirit, Rare Champagne stands as a regal rejection of convention. Since 1976, only 15 vintages have been released — and we are delighted to share 13 of them, from the highly anticipated and newly released 2015 to the historic 1979.

This extraordinary dinner will feature Rare’s talented Chef de Cave, Emilien Boutillat — the protégé of boundary-breaking Régis Camus, Rare’s longtime former winemaker. Rare’s signature silky texture and extreme freshness will beautifully complement the cuisine of Chef Jassimran Singh at Crown Shy.
